Pangøe & Müllpfand

CASHLESS-BEZAHLUNG AUF DEM PANGEA

Als eigene Währung gibt es auf Pangea den Pangøe als digitale Währung.

Aus Respekt zu Mutter Natur und der Einfachheit und Sicherheit wegen trägt jedes Bändchen einen RFID Chip, den ihr vor und auf dem Festival aufladen und überall damit bezahlen könnt. Zum Aktivieren des Chips wird keine Aufladungsgebühr erhoben .

Der Chip enthält neben euren Pangøe auch euren 5€Müllpfand, der euch bei Abgabe eines mindestens halbvollen Müllsacks zurückerstattet wird.

Auf dem Festivalgelände findet ihr neben El Banko (mit Menschen besetzter Schalter) genügend Self Top Up Stationen an denen ihr euren Chip mit EC-Karte, Kreditkarte, Apple Pay und Google Pay aufladen könnt. An den mit Menschen besetzten Schaltern ist eine Aufladung auch mit Bargeld möglich, allerdings erst ab 5€und nur in Form von Scheinen (davon gibt es aber nicht viele, also besser ihr lässt euer Bargeld zu Hause!).

Wer seinen RFID-Chip schon vor Festivalbeginn aufladen möchte, kann dies natürlich schon bequem von zu Hause aus über die About You Pangea Festival App tun. Ganz easy mit Klarna, Kreditkarte (Visa oder Mastercard) und Sofort-Überweisung.

Wichtige Infos zwecks Sofort-Überweisung:Sofortige Zahlungen sind nicht garantiert. Die Transaktion kann aus verschiedenen Gründen abbrechen, bevor sie auf unserem Bankkonto eintrifft. Der häufigste Grund warum eine Transaktion mit Sofort nicht abgewickelt wird, ist eine unzureichende Deckung. Bei Sofort-Zahlungen gibt es keine "echten" vom Karteninhaber initiierten Rückbuchungen. Wir verbuchen eine Transaktion als Rückbuchung, wenn die Transaktion nicht ordnungsgemäß abgewickelt wurde und die Gutschrift auf dem Bankkonto des Käufers nicht mehr rückgängig gemacht werden kann. Daher können Sofort-Rückbuchungen nicht verteidigt werden. In dem Fall, dass wir nachträglich eine Abrechnung erhalten, buchen wir einen ChargebackReversed. Schließlich werden wir aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen nicht über den Grund der Rückbuchung informiert. Sollten Sie weitere Fragen haben, können Sie uns gerne kontaktieren.

Nice to know: Euer Chip beinhaltet zugleich eure Zugangsberechtigung zum Festivalgelände und, falls ihr Camping dazu gebucht habt, auch die zum Campingplatz. Und bei der About You Vintage Wardrobe lässt sich gegen Pfand über euren Chip auch easy ein cooles Festival Outfit ausleihen!

CASHLESS PAYMENT AT PANGEA

Pangea has its own digital currency, the Pangøe.

Out of respect for Mother Nature and for the sake of simplicity and security, each wristband carries an RFID chip that you can charge before and at the festival and use to pay anywhere. There is no top-up fee for activating the chip.

In addition to your Pangøe, the chip also contains your 5€ garbage deposit, which will be refunded if you hand in a garbage bag that is at least half full.

On the festival site you will find El Banko (manned counter) and plenty of Self Top Up stations where you can top up your chip with EC card, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. At the staffed counters, you can also top up with cash, but only amounts of €5 or more and only in the form of notes (there aren't many of those, though, so it's better to leave your cash at home!).

If you want to top up your RFID chipbefore the festival starts, you can of course do this from the comfort of your own home via the About You Pangea Festival app. It's easy with Klarna, credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and instant bank transfer.

Important information regarding instant bank transfer: Instant payments are not guaranteed. The transaction may be canceled for various reasons before it reaches our bank account. The most common reason why a transaction with Sofort is not processed is insufficient funds. With Sofort payments, there are no “real” chargebacks initiated by the cardholder. We record a transaction as a chargeback if the transaction was not processed properly and the credit to the buyer's bank account can no longer be reversed. Therefore, immediate chargebacks cannot be defended. In the event that we subsequently receive a statement, we will post a ChargebackReversed.Finally, for data protection reasons, we will not be informed of the reason for the chargeback. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Nice to know: Your chip also contains your access authorization to the festival site and, if you have booked camping, also to the campsite. And at the About You Vintage Wardrobe you can easily borrow a cool festival outfit with your chip for a deposit!

Nach dem Festival habt ihr innerhalb eines begrenzten Zeitraumes zeit, euch euer Restguthaben ganz einfach zurück überweisen zu lassen. Danach steht uns der Service nicht mehr zur Verfügung, so dass Ihr die Erstattung nur noch schriftlich oder in Textform, zum Beispiel per E-Mail unter Angabe Eures Namens, Anschrift, Ticketnummer…. bei uns geltend machen könnt. Ansprüche auf Rückzahlung des Guthabens unterliegen der gesetzlichen Verjährung.

Das funktioniert wie folgt:

• Du gehst über diesen Link zu unserem Partner WeezPay.
• Du loggst dich mit deinen Daten ein.
• Unter deinem Saldo findest du den Butten “Rückerstattung”. Hier klickst du drauf und wirst direkt weitergeleitet, um deine Wunschauszahlungsart auszuwählen. 

After the festival, you will have a limited period of time to have your remaining credit easily transferred back to you. After that, the service is no longer available to us, so that you can only claim a refund from us in writing or in text form, for example by e-mail, stating your name, address and ticket number ..... Claims for repayment of the credit are subject to the statutory limitation period.

This works as follows:

• You go to our partner WeezPay via this link.
• Log in with your details.
• Under your balance you will find the “Refund” button. Click on it and you will be forwarded directly to select your desired payment method.

Müll fällt leider bei jedem Festival an und das auch nicht zu knapp. Damit wir gemeinsam das About You Pangea Festival "green keepen" können, erhält jeder von euch am Einlass einen Müllbeutel. Euer gekauftes Camping- oder Weekend-Ticket enthält bereits 5€ Müllpfand. Diesen bekommt ihr nach Abgabe eines mindestens halbvollen Müllsacks bei einer unserer Müllpfandstationen zurückerstattet. Der Pfand wird einfach über den RFID-Chip an eurem Festival-Bändchen zurück auf euren Account gebucht. Das Guthaben auf dem RFID-Chip könnt ihr euch dann später easy wieder auszahlen lassen.

Unsere Müllpfandstationen findet ihr im Outfield zwischen den Campingflächen auf der Landebahn und beim Yukatan Camping.

ACHTUNG: Wir achten hier auf Mülltrennung, d.h. neben den Müllpfandstationen gibt es auch extra Container für sperriges Zeug und Sondermüll, den ihr vor Ort entsorgen und nicht mehr mit nach Hause nehmen möchtet. Bitte beachtet aber, dass die Chemietoiletten eurer Camper nicht bei uns entsorgt werden dürfen.

Unfortunately, every festival produces waste, and not too little of it. So that we can keep the About You Pangea Festival "green" together, each of you will receive a garbage bag at the entrance. Your purchased camping or weekend ticket already includes a 5€ garbage deposit. This will be refunded to you after you hand in a garbage bag that is at least half full at one of our garbage deposit stations. The deposit is simply credited back to your account via the RFID chip on your festival wristband. You can then easily withdraw the credit on the RFID chip later.

You will find our garbage deposit stations in the outfield between the camping areas on the runway and at the Yukatan Camping.

ATTENTION: We pay attention to waste separation here, i.e. in addition to the waste deposit stations, there are also extra containers for bulky items and hazardous waste that you want to dispose of on site and no longer want to take home with you. Please note, however, that your campers' chemical toilets may not be disposed of with us.
