Die Mitnahme von Haustieren empfehlen wir nicht. Die kleinen süßen Vierbeiner hören viel zu gut, um den Geräuschpegel unseres Festivals zu ertragen. Also tut euch und euren Haustieren (auch allen 2- , 6-, 8- Beinern!) den Gefallen und gebt sie bei euch zu Hause in vertrauensvolle Hände. Wenn es gar nicht anders geht, sind Hunde (und auch alle anderen Haustiere...) NUR angeleint auf den Camping- und Parkflächen erlaubt, das Festivalgelände ist tabu.

We do not recommend bringing pets. The cute little four-legged friends can hear far too well to bear the noise level of our festival. So do yourself and your pets (including all 2-, 6-, 8-legged friends!) a favor and leave them in trustworthy hands at home. If there is no other way, dogs (and all other pets...) are ONLY allowed on a leash in the camping and parking areas, the festival grounds are taboo.

Fundsachen können an unserem Infopoint im Infield abgegeben werden. Wo sich der Infopoint befindet, könnt ihr in der About You Pangea Festival App oder auf den Lageplänen, welche überall auf dem Gelände verteilt sind, ablesen.

Alle Bar-Mitarbeiter:innen sind dazu angehalten, alle Gegenständen, die bei ihnen an der Bar abgegeben werden, spätestens am nächsten Tag zum Infopoint zu bringen.

Wenn du erst nach den vier Festivaltagen merkst, dass etwas abhanden gekommen ist – keine Sorge! Melde dich direkt mit einer kleinen Beschreibung deiner verlorenen Sache per E-Mail an kontakt@aboutyoupangea-festival.de. Wir halten auf dem Gelände fleißig die Augen offen und stellen eine Liste zusammen, was gesucht wird und was gefunden wurde.

Alle Festivalbesuchenden haften für sich und die verursachten Schäden selbst. Mit dem Kauf des Tickets und der Personalisierung haben alle Besucher:innen den Verhaltensregeln und den AGBs inklusive der Haftungsbestimmungen der Veranstaltung zugestimmt. Die Frage der Haftung ist damit eindeutig geklärt.

Lost property can be handed in at our Infopoint in the infield. You can find out where the Infopoint is located in the About You Pangea Festival app or on the location maps, which are distributed throughout the site.

All bar staff are required to bring all items handed in at the bar to the Infopoint by the next day at the latest.

If you only realize after the four festival days that something has gone missing - don't worry! Send an e-mail directly to kontakt@aboutyoupangea-festival.de with a brief description of your lost item. We will keep our eyes open on the site and compile a list of what is being searched for and what has been found.

All festival visitors are liable for themselves and any damage caused. With the purchase of the ticket and personalization, all visitors have agreed to the rules of conduct and the general terms and conditions including the liability provisions of the event. The question of liability is thus clearly clarified.

Private Foto- und Videosessions sind auf dem About You Pangea Festival natürlich kein Problem – achtet dabei aber bitte auf die Privatsphäre eurer Mitmenschen. Kompaktkameras sind im Infield okay, große Objektive und Profi-Equipment hingegen müssen leider draußen bleiben. Das hat unter anderem mit den Bildrechten der Artists zu tun, die wir respektieren wollen (und müssen).

Die einzigen, die mit Profi-Gear unterwegs sind, gehören zu unserer About You Pangea Crew oder sind offiziell akkreditierte Medienpartner:innen. Schließlich wollen wir alle noch lange schöne Erinnerungen an die vier Tage haben!

Mit dem Ticketkauf stimmt ihr zu, dass wir Fotos und Videos vom Festival nutzen dürfen und verzichtet auf rechtliche Ansprüche gegenüber dem:der Veranstalter:in. Aber keine Sorge: Wir zeigen euch natürlich nur von eurer besten Seite! Vielleicht entdeckt ihr euch ja bald auf unseren Socials :)

Private photo and video sessions are of course no problem at the About You Pangea Festival - but please respect the privacy of your fellow visitors. Compact cameras are okay in the infield, but large lenses and professional equipment unfortunately have to stay outside. Among other things, this has to do with the artists' image rights, which we want to (and must) respect.

The only people on the road with professional gear are part of our About You Pangea crew or officially accredited media partners. After all, we all want to have fond memories of the four days for a long time to come!

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that we may use photos and videos from the festival and waive any legal claims against the organizer. But don't worry: we will of course only show you from your best side! Maybe you'll discover yourselves on our socials soon :)
