REGULAR TICKET

Beinhaltet das volle 4-Tage-Festival-Programm exkl.Camping, das Campingticket muss pro Person extra im nächsten Schritt dazugebucht werden, wenn benötigt.

• Mit dem Regular Ticket erhalten Personen ab einschließlich 13 Jahren Zugang zum Festival Infield von Do - So
• Wenn du auf dem Campingplatz übernachten möchtest, dann brauchst du noch ein Camping Ticket, entweder ein Personen Campingticket oder ein Yucatan Ticket für dein Caming mit mehre Komfort. Auf diesen steht automatisch der Name von der:dem Käufer:in. Aber kein Grund zur Panik: die Campingtickets müssen NICHT personalisiert werden und es stellt kein Problem dar, wenn hier auf allen Campingtickets der Name von der:dem Käufer:in steht.

TRIBE TICKET

Beinhaltet das volle 4-Tage-Festival-Programm exkl. Camping, das Campingticket muss pro Person extra im nächsten Schritt dazugebucht werden, wenn benötigt.

• Die meisten von Euch kommen in Gruppen zu uns, weswegen wir unserem Tribe Ticket treu bleiben. Du kannst mindestens 7 (max. 13) vergünstigte Tribe Tickets kaufen und zusammen mit deinen Freund:innen das gesamte Festival genießen.
• Das Regular Tribe Ticket beinhaltet, so wie das Regular Ticket, die volle 4-Tage-Festivalexperience inkl. der Kultur und Sport Workshops sowie der Nutzung von Sport und Play Flächen.
• WICHTIG: Vergesst nach dem Kauf der Tribe Tickets nicht die Personalisierung! Alle Tribe Festival Tickets müssen ausnahmslos auf den Namen der:des jeweiligen Festivalbesucher:in personalisiert werden. Vergesst dabei auch nicht, die individuellen E-Mail Adressen einzutragen.
• Es ist nicht notwendig, als Tribe gemeinsam und gleichzeitig anzureisen. Mit eurem Tribe Ticket könnt ihr auch einzeln durch den Einlass gehen.
• Dann braucht ihr nur noch die Campingtickets. Kauft ihr in einem Schwung gleich für alle Tribe Ticket Holder:innen die Campingtickets mit, steht auf diesen automatisch der Name von der:dem Käufer:in. Aber kein Grund zur Panik: die Campingtickets müssen NICHT personalisiert werden und es stellt kein Problem dar, wenn hier auf allen Campingtickets der Name von der:dem Käufer:in steht.

Aufgepasst: Es ist nicht möglich, ein einzelnes Tribe-Ticket nach zu kaufen, also sprecht euch vorher gut ab, wer Teil eures Tribes sein möchte :)

KIDS TICKET:

Beinhaltet das volle 4-Tage-Festival-Programm inkl. Camping, gilt für Kinder von 4 bis einschließlich 12 Jahren.

• Nach dem Kauf müsst ihr das Ticket unbedingt auf den Namen eures Kindes personalisieren, damit der Einlass reibungslos verläuft!
• Bitte vergesst nicht die Telefonnummer und eine E-Mail-Adresse der erziehungsberechtigten oder personensorgeberechtigten Person anzugeben. Achtet darauf, dass die E-Mail-Adresse noch nicht für ein anderes Ticket genutzt wird.
• Die Mittwochsanreise ist nicht im Kids Ticket inklusive. Pro Kind wird dann ein Mittwochsanreise Ticket benötigt.
• ACHTUNG: da auch die Kleinsten unter uns als vollwertige Festival Gäste gelten, ist auch dieses Ticketkontingent begrenzt.
• Im Kids Ticket ist das Camping bereits inklusive und gilt automatisch für den Campingplatz der erziehungsberechtigten oder personensorgeberechtigten Person, also: Wenn die Erwachsenen auf Yukatan schlafen, dürfen die Kids natürlich auch mit dort hin :)
• Ein Kids Ticket gibt es hier Ticketshop.

TAGES- / WEEKEND TICKET

Yes! Aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage, gibt‘s die begehrten Weekend- und Tages-Tickets wieder, allerdings in limitierter Auflage. Beeilt euch. :) Du findest sie hier in unserem Ticketshop.

Tagesticket Donnerstag / Freitag / Samstag

Mit diesen Tickets könnt ihr jeweils von 14:00 Uhr bis 08:00 Uhr morgens des Folgetages mit uns auf dem About You Pangea Festival zu euren Lieblingsacts tanzen und dann gemütlich wieder ins eigene Bett fallen. Diese Tickets sind exkl. Camping, dieses kann auch nicht dazu gebucht werden. Sport- und Play-Flächen können innerhalb des Zeitraumes genutzt werden, sofern diese offen sind.

WEEKEND-Ticket

Das Weekend-Ticket enthält bereits das Camping-Ticket inkl. Müllpfand sowie das gesamte Kultur/Sport/Play-Programm. Es gilt ab Samstagmittag 10:00 Uhr bis Sonntagabend. Möchtest du in deinem Fahrzeug übernachten, benötigst du zusätzlich noch je Fahrzeug ein Car Pass Weekend Ticket. Dieses findest du im Ticketshop unter der Kategorie Car Pass. Sollte das Auto oder Wohnmobil inkl. Anhänger länger als 6 Meter sein, wird ein zweites Car Pass Weekend Ticket benötigt.

REGULAR TICKET:

Includes the full 4-day festival program excl. camping, the camping ticket must be booked separately per person in the next step, if required.

• With the Regular Ticket, persons aged 13 and over get access to the festival infield from Thu - Sun
• If you want to stay overnight at the campsite, you will need a camping ticket, either a personal camping ticket or a Yucatan ticket for your camping with more comfort. The name of the buyer will automatically appear on these. But no need to panic: the camping tickets do NOT have to be personalized and it is no problem if the name of the buyer appears on all camping tickets.

TRIBE TICKET:

Includes the full 4-day festival program excl. camping, the camping ticket must be booked separately per person in the next step if needed.

• Most of you come to us in groups, which is why we stay true to our Tribe Ticket. You can buy at least 7 (max. 13) discounted Tribe Tickets and enjoy the whole festival together with your friends.
• The Regular Tribe Ticket, like the Regular Ticket, includes the full 4-day festival experience including the culture and sports workshops as well as the use of sports and play areas.
• IMPORTANT: Don't forget to personalize your Tribe tickets after purchase! All Tribe Festival tickets must be personalized to the name of the respective festival visitor without exception. Do not forget to enter the individual e-mail addresses.
• It is not necessary to travel together as a Tribe at the same time. With your tribe ticket you can also go through the entrance individually.
• Then you only need the camping tickets. If you buy the camping tickets for all tribe ticket holders in one go, the name of the purchaser will automatically appear on them. But no need to panic: the camping tickets do NOT have to be personalized and it is no problem if the name of the buyer is on all camping tickets.

Attention: It is not possible to buy a single Tribe ticket at a later date, so make sure you discuss in advance who would like to be part of your Tribe :)

KIDS TICKET:

Includes the full 4-day festival program incl. camping, valid for children from 4 to 12 years.

• After purchase, you must personalize the ticket in your child's name to ensure smooth admission!
• Please do not forget to provide the telephone number and an e-mail address of the parent or legal guardian. Make sure that the e-mail address is not already being used for another ticket.
• The Wednesday arrival is not included in the Kids Ticket. One Wednesday arrival ticket is then required per child.
• Camping is already included in the Kids Ticket and is automatically valid for the campsite of the parent or legal guardian, so: If the adults sleep at Yukatan, the kids can of course also go there :)
• ATTENTION: since the youngest among us are also considered full festival guests, this ticket contingent is also limited.

DAY / WEEKEND TICKET

Yes! Due to the high demand, the coveted weekend and day tickets are available again, but in a limited edition. Hurry up. :) You can find them here in our ticket store.

Day ticket Thursday / Friday / Saturday

With these tickets you can dance with us at the About You Pangea Festival to your favorite acts from 14:00 to 08:00 in the morning of the following day and then fall comfortably back into your own bed. These tickets do not include camping, which cannot be booked in addition. Sports and play areas can be used within the period, provided they are open.

WEEKEND-Ticket

The weekend ticket already includes the camping ticket incl. garbage deposit and the entire culture/sport/play program. It is valid from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday until Sunday evening. If you would like to stay overnight in your vehicle, you will also need a Car Pass Weekend Ticket for each vehicle. You can find this in the ticket store under the Car Pass category. If the car or motorhome including trailer is longer than 6 meters, a second Car Pass Weekend Ticket is required.

Vergesst nach dem Kauf eurer Tickets nicht die Personalisierung! Alle Personentickets müssen ausnahmslos auf den Namen der:des jeweiligen Festivalbesucher:in personalisiert werden. Vergesst dabei auch nicht, die individuellen E-Mail Adressen einzutragen. Das könnt ihr ganz einfach über die Bestätigungsmail machen.

Gibt es eine Deadline für die Personalisierung?

Du kannst dein Ticket auch kurz vor dem Festival noch personalisieren. Da es allerdings auch mal etwas länger dauern kann, bis der Ticket Sync abgeschlossen ist und du dein Ticket bekommst, empfehlen wir dir, dein Ticket spätestens am Abend vor deiner Anreise zu personalisieren, damit du dann nicht lange am Einlass warten musst :)

Du möchtest dein Ticket auf eine andere Person umpersonalisieren?

Das geht ganz easy! Du kannst dich einfach auf unserer Ticketseite in deinen Account einloggen und das Festivalticket einer anderen Person übertragen. Bitte beachte, dass Tribe Tickets immer nur vom Account der Person, die die Tickets gekauft hat, umpersonalisiert werden kann.

Wichtig: Freitickets, z. B. die Tickets von Contest-Gewinner:innen, sind vom Weiterverkauf und der Umpersonalisierung ausgeschlossen.

Is there a deadline for personalization?

You can still personalize your ticket shortly before the festival. However, as it can take a little longer until the ticket sync is complete and you receive your ticket, we recommend that you personalize your ticket no later than the evening before your arrival so that you don't have to wait long at the entrance :)

Would you like to personalize your ticket for another person?

That's very easy! You can simply log in to your account on our ticket page and transfer the festival ticket to another person. Please note that Tribe tickets can only be re-personalized from the account of the person who purchased the tickets.

Important: Free tickets, for example the tickets of contest winners, are excluded from resale and re-personalization.

Tickets können generell nicht umgetauscht oder zurückgegeben werden.

Es gibt jedoch zwei Ausnahmen: Wenn das Festival abgesagt wird oder wenn du beim Ticketkauf eine Ticketversicherung abgeschlossen hast und einer der Gründe eintritt, die in den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen beschrieben sind. Du kannst deine Rückerstattung dann ganz einfach hier bei Booking Protect anfordern und das Ticket / die Tickets stornieren.

Du kannst dein Ticket auch sicher und unkompliziert über unsere Resale-Plattform weiterverkaufen. Sobald dein Ticket über die Plattform verkauft wird, wird es automatisch auf den Namen von dem:der neuen Käufer:in umgeschrieben.

Tipp: Als Verkäufer:in solltest du deinen Ticketpreis so festlegen, dass die Käufer:innen nicht mehr bezahlen müssen als wenn sie ihr Ticket direkt über die normale Ticketplattform kaufen würden. Dann geht dein Ticket schneller weg und jemand anderes kann sich drüber freuen.

Vorsicht bei anderen Plattformen zum Weiterverkauf von Tickets!

Über andere Resale-Plattformen werden zum Teil Personen-Festivaltickets weiterverkauft, die noch auf den:die ursprünglichen Käufer:in personalisiert sind. Personen-Tickets, auf denen ein falscher Name steht, werden am Einlass nicht akzeptiert und eine Umpersonalisierung kann immer nur durch den:die Hauptkäufer:in geschehen.

Tickets can generally not be exchanged or returned.

However, there are two exceptions: If the festival is canceled or if you have taken out ticket insurance when purchasing tickets and one of the reasons described in the general terms and conditions occurs. You can then simply request your refund here at Booking Protect and cancel the ticket(s).

You can also resell your ticket safely and easily via our resale platform.As soon as your ticket is sold via the platform, it will automatically be transferred to the name of the new buyer.

Tip: As a seller, you should set your ticket price so that the buyer does not have to pay more than if they were to buy their ticket directly via the normal ticket platform. Then your ticket will go faster and someone else can be happy about it.

Be careful with other ticket resale platforms!

Other resale platforms are sometimes used to resell personal festival tickets that are still personalized to the original buyer. Personal tickets with an incorrect name on them will not be accepted at the entrance and repersonalization can only ever be done by the main purchaser.
