Sicherheit & Altersbegrenzung

Unser Securitypersonal, auch Seekuh genannt, ist auf dem gesamten Gelände unterwegs, ihr erkennt sie an ihren BLAUEN Warnwesten. Sie passen auf euch auf und helfen euch jederzeit weiter! Sie sorgen dafür, den Frieden des About You Pangea Festivals zu wahren. Störenfriede werden nach eindringlicher Verwarnung im letzten Schritt vom Gelände verwiesen.

Sanitäter:innen: Für eure Sicherheit haben wir zusätzlich zu unseren Securitys auch jede Menge Sanitäter:innen vor Ort. Diese findet ihr verstreut auf dem Gelände oder im Outfield neben der About You Area und im Infield hinter der Main Stage im Backstage-Bereich.

Polizei: Sollte es zu dem Fall kommen, dass ihr eine:n Ansprechpartner:in bei der Polizei benötigt, findet ihr diese im Backstage-Bereich in der Nähe der Main Stage. Wo genau, verrät euch der Lageplan.

WICHTIG: Um das About You Pangea Festival so sicher wie möglich zu machen, brauchen wir euch! Erkundigt euch bitte vorher was ihr mitbringen dürft und was ihr Zuhause lassen könnt. Eine Liste mit Gegenständen die ihr nicht mitbringen dürft, findet ihr hier. Pyrotechnik, Drohnen, Waffen, … sind verboten. Punkt.

Our security staff are on the move throughout the entire site, you will recognize them by their BLUE high-visibility vests. They will keep an eye on you and help you at any time! They ensure that the peace of the About You Pangea Festival is maintained. Troublemakers will be expelled from the site after a stern warning.

Paramedics: In addition to our security staff, we also have plenty of paramedics on site for your safety. You will find them scattered around the site or in the outfield next to the About You area and in the infield behind the main stage in the backstage area.

Police: If you need to contact the police, you will find them in the backstage area near the Main Stage. The exact location can be found on the map.

IMPORTANT: To make the About You Pangea Festival as safe as possible, we need you! Please find out in advance what you are allowed to bring and what you can leave at home. You can find a list of items you are not allowed to bring here. Pyrotechnics, drones, weapons, ... are prohibited. Period.

Kids bis einschließlich 3 Jahren brauchen kein Festivalticket. Für sie ist das Festival kostenfrei.

Kids im Alter von 4 bis einschließlich 12 Jahren benötigen ein KIDS Ticket. Die Tickets gibt es hier im Online-Shop.

Kids ab 13 Jahren brauchen ein Regular Ticket. Für Jugendliche bis einschließlich 15 Jahre ist der Besuch vom About You Pangea Festival nur in Begleitung einer erziehungsberechtigten Person erlaubt.

Du bist 16 oder 17 Jahre alt?

Dann benötigst du einen U18 Playpass und die darauf angegebene Begleitperson, um das Festival ohne deine erziehungsberechtigte Person zu besuchen. Außerdem brauchst du eine Kopie des Ausweises des:der Erziehungsberechtigten, der:die den Zettel ausgefüllt hat.

Lade dir den U18 Playpass herunter, drucke ihn zweifach aus und trage alles ordnungsgemäß ein. Eine Version des Dokuments gibst du am Einlass ab und zeigst die Ausweiskopie deiner erziehungsberechtigten Person vor. Die zweite Version des U18 Playpass muss deine Begleitperson auf dem Festivalgelände immer dabei haben und auf Nachfrage gemeinsam mit der Ausweiskopie der erziehungsberechtigten Person vorzeigen. Achte bitte darauf, dass der U18 Playpass ohne deine Begleitperson und die Ausweiskopie des:der Erziehungsberechtigten ungültig ist.

ACHTUNG: Für alle Kinder und Jugendlichen unter 18 Jahren ist ab 0 Uhr auf dem Infield Schluss. Auf dem Campingplatz dürfen sie dann aber natürlich schlafen.

Kids up to the age of 3 do not need a festival ticket. The festival is free of charge for them.

Kids aged 4 to 12 need a KIDS ticket. Tickets are available here in the online store.

Kids aged 13 and over need a Regular Ticket. Young people up to and including the age of 15 are only allowed to attend the About You Pangea Festival if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Are you 16 or 17 years old?

Then you need a U18 Playpass and the accompanying person named on it to visit the festival without your legal guardian. You will also need a copy of the ID of the parent or guardian who filled out the form.

Download the U18 Playpass, fill it out correctly and present it in printed form together with a copy of the ID of your legal guardian at the ticket control. Please note that the U18 Playpass is invalid without your accompanying person and the copy of the ID of the legal guardian.

ATTENTION: For all children and young people under the age of 18, the infield closes at midnight. However, they are of course allowed to sleep on the campsite.

Wir sind auf einem wunderschönen Gelände, umgeben von viel Natur und jeder Menge Wald. Damit das auch so bleibt und wir den Wald und die Umgebung nicht gefährden, beachtet bitte folgende Regeln:

1. Im Wald sowie auf Wegen & Straßen, die durch den Wald führen, gilt ein strenges Rauchverbot. Bitte werft Tabakreste, Zigarettenstummel, Streichhölzer usw. nicht auf den Boden, von Bauwerken oder aus Fahrzeugen.
2. Auf dem gesamten Gelände streng verboten sind zudem:
   1. Feuerstellen und offenes Feuer,
   2. Feuerwerkskörper und Pyrotechnik,
   3. das Abstellen von Autos auf Waldflächen.

Grillen – Was darf ich, was darf ich nicht?

• Mit Elektro- und Gasgrills kann jederzeit gegrillt werden.
• Holzkohlegrills dürfen nur auf befestigten Flächen (Betonflächen) verwendet werden, also nicht auf auf der Wiese, Waldboden oder Ähnlichem. Haltet bei der Benutzung auf Betonflächen immer 10m Abstand zum Waldrand. Dieser ist durch weiß-rotes Flatterband und Hinweisschilder gekennzeichnet.
• Sollte die Waldbrandgefahrenstufe oder die aktuelle Windstärke einen gewissen Wert überschreiten, ist das Grillen mit dem Holzkohlegrill nur noch bei einem Abstand von 50m zum Waldrand gestattet.
• Spiritus oder leicht brennbare Flüssigkeiten sind grundsätzlich verboten.

Welche Waldbrandgefahrenstufe gerade herrscht, könnt ihr den Brandschutz-Infotafeln und der About You Pangea Festival App entnehmen. Bitte befolgt die Anweisungen unserer Security und unseres Teams. Solltet ihr brandgefährliche Situationen sehen oder verursachen, informiert den Veranstalter und benachrichtigt, falls notwendig, die Feuerwehr.

We are on a beautiful site, surrounded by nature and lots of forest. To ensure that it stays that way and that we do not endanger the forest and the surrounding area, please observe the following rules:

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the forest and on paths & roads that lead through the forest. Please do not throw tobacco remains, cigarette butts, matches etc. on the ground, from structures or from vehicles.
2. The following are also strictly prohibited on the entire site:
   1. Fireplaces and open fires,
   2. Fireworks and pyrotechnics,
   3. parking cars in wooded areas.

Grilling- what am I allowed to do and what am I not allowed to do?

• You can barbecue at any time with electric and gas barbecues.
• Charcoal barbecues may only be used on paved areas (concrete surfaces), i.e. not on meadows, forest floors or similar. When using on concrete surfaces, always keep a distance of 10m from the edge of the forest. This is indicated by white and red flutter tape and signs.
• If the forest fire danger level or the current wind force exceeds a certain value, barbecuing with a charcoal barbecue is only permitted at a distance of 50m from the edge of the forest.
• Alcohol or highly flammable liquids are generally prohibited.

You can find the current fire danger level on the fire safety information boards and in the About You Pangea Festival app. Please follow the instructions of our security and our team. If you see or cause a fire hazard situation, inform the organizer and, if necessary, notify the fire department.
