Workshop (Bewerbung) & Kreativmarkt (Bewerbung)

Die auf dem Pangea angebotenen Kultur und Sport Workshops und Kurse sind in den meisten Fällen im Ticket inkludiert. Ein paar Ausnahmen gibt es aber. So sollten Kite- und Windsurf-Interessierte eine Gebühr von ein paar Pangøe für das Shuttle zum Spot, Material und Lehrer:innen einkalkulieren. Im Kulturbereich wird bei DIY Workshops eine geringe Materialgebühr erhoben. Die Faustregel lautet: Nimmst du ein schönes Souvenir aus einem Workshop mit nach Hause mit, kommt ein kleiner Obolus für das Material dazu. Die Preise erfährst du dann in der App oder direkt vor Ort von den Workshopgebenden.

Um Workshops im Vorhinein buchen zu können, kannst du die About You Pangea Festival App nutzen. Über Social Media oder unseren Newsletter erfährst du als Erste:r, wann die App online geht und die Workshop-Anmeldung startet. Du möchtest unsere App nicht nutzen oder hast unsere Buchungswellen im Vorfeld verpasst? Dann bist du bei der Workshopbotschaft auf dem Festivalgelände genau richtig, um dich vor Ort für Workshops anzumelden. Die Workshopbotschaft befindet sich direkt neben dem Infopoint im Infield.

Und übrigens: die meisten Workshops finden sowieso als Open Table Format statt. Es ist daher auch oft easy eine spontane Teilnahme ohne Voranmeldung möglich – schau einfach mal vorbei! :)

The culture and sports workshops and courses offered at Pangea are usually included in the ticket. However, there are a few exceptions. Those interested in kitesurfingand windsurfing should factor in a fee of a few pangøe for the shuttle to the spot, equipment and instructors. In the cultural sector, a small materials fee is charged for DIY workshops. The rule of thumb is: If you take home a beautiful souvenir from a workshop, a small fee is added for the materials. You can find out the prices in the app or directly on site from the workshop organizers.

Have you already eagerly browsed through the timetable and want to register for your favorite workshops?

You can use the About You Pangea Festival app to book workshops in advance. You'll be the first to find out when the app goes online and workshop registration starts via social media or our newsletter. You don't want to use our app or have missed our booking waves in advance? Then the Workshop Embassy on the festival site is the right place for you to register for workshops on site. The Workshop Embassy is located right next to the Infopoint in the infield.

And by the way: most workshops take place in open table format anyway. It is therefore often easy to participate spontaneously without pre-registration - just drop by! :)

Du wolltest schon immer mal Surfskaten, Windsurfen oder Parkour ausprobieren? Kein Problem, hier ein paar Regeln bevor es losgehen kann! :)

• Das richtige Verhalten: Nehmt Rücksicht und achtet aufeinander. Lange Haare müssen zu einem Zopf gebunden werden. Vermeidet jedes Rempeln, Schubsen oder Drängeln: Störungen anderer aktiver Besucher:innen kann diese und euch stark gefährden.
• Schätzt eure Fähigkeiten realistisch ein, um euch und andere nicht in Gefahr zu bringen oder zu verletzen. Wenn ihr Euch überschätzt, ist das Risiko einer schweren Verletzung viel höher. Falsches Aufkommen kann bei Euch und Anderen zu schwerwiegenden Verletzungen wie Knochenbrüchen, Lähmungen oder sogar zum Tod führen.
• Tragt geeignete Schutzausrüstung. Die Kleidung muss frei von hängenden Reißverschlüssen, Gürteln, Schlaufen oder Bandeln sein. Schmuck und Piercings dürfen nicht getragen werden, alle Taschen (Hosentaschen etc.) sind vor dem Springen, Fahren, Schaukeln, Klettern und der Teilnahme an anderen Aktivitäten der Veranstaltung vollständig zu leeren. Hör- und Sehhilfen müssen abgelegt werden oder so beschaffen sein, dass sie sich nicht lösen können.
• Das Teilnehmen an den Sport- und Workshop-Angeboten und der Aufenthalt in der Wasserwelt mit Gegenständen wie Schlüssel, Handy, Kamera etc., ist nicht gestattet. Dies kann ebenfalls zu schweren Verletzungen führen. Das gilt auch für sämtliche Speisen und Getränke sowie Kaugummis.
• Du brauchst eine Auszeit? Hierfür stehen dir unter anderem die Zelt- und Campingflächen zur Verfügung. Die Sportbereiche, die Wasserwelt und die Workshop-Areas sind für Pausen zu verlassen.

Have you always wanted to try surfskating, windsurfing or parkour? No problem, here are a few rules before you get started! :)

• The right behavior: Be considerate and look out for each other. Long hair must be tied back in a plait. Avoid any jostling, pushing or shoving: Disturbing other active visitors can put them and you at great risk.
• Assess your abilities realistically so as not to endanger or injure yourself or others. If you overestimate your abilities, the risk of serious injury is much higher. Incorrect landing can lead to serious injuries such as broken bones, paralysis or even death for you and others.
• Wear suitable protective equipment. Clothing must be free of hanging zippers, belts, loops or straps. Jewelry and piercings must not be worn, all pockets (trouser pockets etc.) must be completely emptied before jumping, driving, swinging, climbing and participating in other activities at the event. Hearing and visual aids must be removed or made in such a way that they cannot come loose.
• It is not permitted to participate in the sports and workshop offers or to stay in the water world with objects such as keys, cell phones, cameras, etc.. This can also lead to serious injuries. This also applies to all food, drinks and chewing gum.
• Do you need a break? The tent and camping areas are available for this purpose. You can leave the sports areas, the water world and the workshop areas for breaks.

Dann kommt hier eine Step-by-Step-Anleitung:

Du solltest wissen dass wir eine community based Festival sind und wollen, dass alle, die Lust haben, auch die Möglichkeit bekommen, mitzumachen - wir würden natürlich gerne alle dabei haben, aber leider ist das nicht immer möglich. Um es so fair wie möglich für alle zu machen, haben wir dieses Jahr für alle Personen, die einen Workshop geben wollen, die gleichen Konditionen.

Hier ist das Bewerbungsformular:

STEP 2: Du hast die Konditionen wahrgenommen, dich über das Formular angemeldet und willst wissen, was als nächstes passiert?

Zuerst möchten wir dir sagen, wie sehr wir uns freuen, dass du dabei sein möchtest. Bitte hab Verständnis dafür, dass wir jedes Jahr sehr viele Anmeldungen erhalten und diese zunächst sorgfältig prüfen.

Da wir im Winter in den „Winterschlaf“ gehen und unser Programmteam kleiner ist, kann es etwas länger dauern, bis wir auf deine Anfrage antworten. Du bist nicht vergessen worden – wir melden uns persönlich bei dir.

Hier kannst du in unserer Timeline sehen, wann du mit was rechnen kannst (diese Angaben dienen nur als Richtwert):

• 01.01.2026-15.04.2026: Bewerbungsformulare sind offen für euch! Also looos!
• April bis Juni 2026: Ihr bekommt eure Antworten und Verträge
• Juli 2026: Ihr bekommt den ersten Rutsch aller Informationen, die ihr braucht
• Zwei Wochen vor dem Festival: Ihr bekommt eure Tickets und alle Infos, die ihr braucht

STEP 3: Du bist gut auf dem Pangea angekommen und willst deine Workshop Area abchecken

• Dein erster Stop kann die Workshopbotschaft sein. Dort kannst du dich über die Areas informieren und dich auch selbst zu einem Workshop anmelden.

STEP 4: Du hast auf dem Pangea einen Workshop gegeben und willst wissen, was danach passiert?

Du hast das Pangea mit deinem Workshop verzaubert jetzt kannst du:

• uns auf Insta folgen
• Dich direkt für unseren E-Mail-Pool für 2027 anmelden
• Feedback geben (Feedback-Formular kommt bald)

STEP 5: Du brauchst noch deine Pangøs, die du bekommst weil du einen 60-minütigen zusätzlichen Workshop gegeben hast ?

• Wenn du einen zusätzlichen Workshop gibst, bekommst du 20 Pangøs obendrauf. Diese werden dir bei der Kulturzentrale aufgeladen und können nur während des Festivals genutzt werden. Eine Auszahlung ist nicht möglich.

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

You should know that we are a community-based festival and want everyone, who is interested, to have the opportunity to participate. Of course, we would love to have everyone, but unfortunately this is not always possible. To make it as fair as possible for everyone, we offer the same conditions to all individuals who want to give a workshop this year.

STEP 2: You have read the conditions, registered by using the form, and want to know what will happen next?

First of all, we would like to say how delighted we are, that you want to be part of it. Please understand, that we receive a large number of registrations every year and review them carefully.

Since we go into “hibernation” in winter and our program team is smaller, it may take a little longer for us to respond to your request. We haven't forgotten you and will contact you personally.

Here you can see our timeline of what to expect and when (these dates are only a guideline):

• January 1, 2026–April 15, 2026: Application forms are open for you! So go for it!
• April & June 2026: You will receive your answers and contracts.
• July 2026: You will receive the first batch of all the information you need.
• Two weeks before the festival: You will receive your tickets and all the information you need.

STEP 3: You've arrived safely at Pangea and want to check out your workshop area.

Your first stop could be at the workshop office. There you can find out about the different areas and register for a workshop yourself.

STEP 4: You have given a workshop on Pangea and want to know what will happen next?

You have enchanted Pangea with your workshop, now you can:

• Follow us on Insta
• Sign up directly for our email pool for 2027
• Give feedback (feedback form coming soon)

STEP 5: Do you still need your Pangøs, which you get for giving a 60-minute extra workshop?

If you give an “extra workshop,” you wil get 20 Pangøs on top. These will be credited to your Kulturzentrale account and can only be used during the festival. Cash payment is not possible. Find out more about our Pangøs here.

Der Kreativmarkt ist gefüllt mit toller Kleidung, Schmuck, Dekoration und vielem mehr. Der Fokus liegt auf kleinen Brands, die bei uns ihre Stücke ausstellen, zu fairen Preisen verkaufen und oft auch noch wunderbare Workshops geben. Schaut auf jeden Fall dort vorbei und findet euer Lieblingsstück!

PS: Bei uns wird mit Pangøs gehandelt, also lade dir dir ganz easy welche auf und dann kann das shoppen schon beginnen.

The creative market is filled with great clothing, jewelry, decorations, and much more. The focus is on small brands that exhibit their pieces here, sell them at fair prices, and often offer wonderful workshops. Be sure to stop by and find your favorite piece!

Ob Batik mit Blumen, dein eigenes Balanceboard bauen oder beim How to draw a body den Stift schwingen – hier findest du Workshops, von denen du ein kleines Stück Festival mit nach Hause nehmen kannst.
